These Terms of Use govern operation and use of Saaras products. They apply primarily to business/professional users, and to consumer users only where explicitly applicable.
- Intended Use and Documentation
You must use the product only in accordance with the official Saaras User Manual, first-use safety instructions, and warnings provided on the product, packaging, or website. - First-Use Safety Requirement
Before first operation, you must inspect the product for shipping damage or abnormalities, complete the applicable Safe First Use Declaration included in the box, and follow all first-use safety steps provided by Saaras. Do not operate the product if damage or abnormality is identified. - Business / Professional Use Responsibilities
For business/professional purchases, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that only trained and authorized personnel operate the product, that safety instructions are communicated internally, and that use is supervised in accordance with Saaras documentation. Use by employees, contractors, or agents constitutes use by the purchasing organization. - Prohibited Uses
You must not operate the product contrary to documentation, use it if damaged or malfunctioning, modify or repair it without authorization, operate outside specified conditions, or continue use after warnings or abnormal behavior. - Misuse and Responsibility
Saaras is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to complete first-use steps, or improper training or supervision. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. - Updates
Saaras may update usage instructions or safety requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of updated requirements.
