These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made directly from Saaras through its website.

1. Buyer Classification
   At checkout, the buyer selects whether the purchase is made for business/professional use or for personal/consumer use. Classification may be determined by declaration, GST details, billing information, and the nature of the purchase.
2. Contract Formation
   A binding contract is formed when Saaras accepts the order and payment is successfully processed.
3. Pricing and Taxes
   Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Business buyers are responsible for providing correct GST details where applicable.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection
   Products are shipped using third-party logistics providers. Buyers must inspect the product upon delivery and must not operate the product if damage or abnormality is observed.
5. Limitation of Liability – Business Purchases
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saaras is not liable for indirect or consequential losses for business purchases. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Business buyers are responsible for use by their personnel.
6. Consumer Purchases
   For consumer purchases, liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
7.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction.
